  • But, in the following cases, you don’t pay cancelation charges even though you will cancel the service. But, business operators can ask you to send documentary evidence for exemption from cancelation charges. In this case, you can be exempted from it only when you will submit the applicable documents to them. And if the submitted documentary evidence cannot prove it, you cannot be exempted from them
