    The collection period of equipment like modem, set top box is in 5 business days after the date of cancelation or agreement, and the user is not responsible for damage or loss occurring after this period

    When the speed of product is lower than 50% of the speed in the initial contracted product, cancel the contract after paying 50% of cancelation charge

  • If the user's contract period expires, the business operator shall notify it before the expiration of the contract, and if the user does not apply for conclusion or cancellation of a new contract before the expiration of the contract, the contract is automatically extended. However, if the contract is terminated during the automatic extension, there is no need to pay a penalty

Return rental devices including modems

  • If you rent equipment including modems, you should make business operators collect them on a set data by mutual discussion. Indemnities of devices are charged because modems are not collected even though users don’t have any responsibility. Please be especially careful. At this moment, users return devices to the applicable business operators by inquiring of the customer centers. They don’t have to pay separate indemnities
  • Rent for devices including modems can be exempted after the stipulated time. However, it is just exempted and they are still owned by the applicable business operators. Therefore, when they cancel the contracts, they must return the devices to the business operators

Return of free gifts

  • If there is no any separate contract that users shall return gifts (cash, electronic products) to carriers when they cancel them during the stipulated time when they subscribe to the high speed internet service, they are not obliged to do them
  • When service error of more than a hour occurred more than 3 times a month or when the accumulated service error time is over 48 hours, cancel the contract without cancelation charge(Including the exempted installation charge and discounts)
  • Compensation is needed for Loss due to suspension or error over 3 hours or over accumulated 12 hours a month
  • Cancellation charge of the premium can be claimed only when the contract is canceled within 12months, and the amount is calculated based on the months used. Also, when the provider of the premium does not have the document of evidence which includes the price of the premium and signature of the user, he or she cannot claim the cancellation charge of the premium. Return installation charges

  • Users should bear expenses about purchase, rental, installation of terminals which are necessary for use of the high speed internet service when you subscribe to it. The installation charges can be discounted or exempted according to the stipulated time of users. If they cancel it during the stipulated time, they should pay cancelation charges. In addition, they should be responsible for indemnification if rental equipment is lost or damaged
