Check charges for using

  • If there are payment in excess and mistaken payment of charges, carriers shall return all of them to users. And if they occur due to the companies’ reasons, they should return them to the uses by adding legal interest

Check the service quality

  • When the quality of call is bad in main residential area, check if there are any problems in the terminal by the A/S center. If there are no problems in the terminal, inquire to the telecommunication company’s customer service center to test the quality of call in that area
  • When the quality of calls is bad in main residential area like registered address, billing location, office, the contract can be cancelled in 14 days of sign up. After 15 days, cancellation is possible in 6 months, and 50% discount is offered for the last month’s basic charge. When telecommunication and terminal purchase contract is connected, the terminal and peripherals should be returned
  • Loss due to service suspension or error more than accumulated 6 hours in a month should be compensated. The accumulated time is calculated from the occurrence of suspension, error, and the minimum compensation standard is sixfold amount of basic and additional charge during the period when service was unavailable
  • Service suspension, error time is calculated from the time user notified the company or the time user realized the situation whichever occurred first, but when service was suspended due to force majeure (Like natural disaster) or advanced notice from the company (Line construction), and user’s intention or mistake, the period is excluded from calculating the suspension, error time.   • The mobile telecommunication business operator shall return all of these charges in case of overpayment or mis payment, and if it occurs due to reasons attributable to the company, it shall be returned by imposing a legal interest rate
